Returns & Exchanges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after the delivery confirmation date.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition, and should be returned in the original packaging.
- If your item satisfies the above conditions and you would like to proceed with a return/exchange, please contact us first at email@example.com
- Please do not return products before checking in with us. Items that are returned to us without prior communication will be sent back and we will not be responsible.
- Return payments are processed once items are received by us and we confirm that item conditions are satisfied. It may take up to 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution for the payment to be reflected in your account. Please note that you will only be credited back the amount of the product (plus tax).
- If a returned product/package is lost or damaged during shipment, you will be responsible.
- Once you're given a return authorization, repackage it in the original packaging and send it back to us at:

If a product you purchased from us gets damaged and needs repair, please send us a photo along with a description of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll carefully look into it and determine whether we can repair it for you. In general repairs are free(except shipping), but depending on the scope and materials needed for the repair, costs may occur.
